Dr. Nur Hidayati

My name is Nurhidayati. I am an associate professor of soil science and soil fertility, and also Dean of Agriculture Faculty, University of Islam Malang, East Java, Indonesia. I am a lecturer in the Department of Agro-technology, Agriculture Faculty, University of Islam Malang, East Java, Indonesia and has been teaching since 1992. I am an expert in soil fertility, soil quality, and organic farming. I teach Soil Science, Soil Fertility and Health, Sustainable Agriculture, Soil and Plant Management, Nutrient and Water Management, and Soil and Plant Analysis Techniques. I am also a researcher at the University of Islam Malang. My research is on soil quality, soil Fertility, organic farming using vermicompost and plant indicator of sugarcane and vegetable crops. My research results have been published in several international and national journals. My research has been presented in national and international seminars in Indonesia and in some ASEAN countries. I am the author of several books of soil fertility. I live in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. I have been married since 1990 and have two children. The first child has completed her Post Graduate studies at National Central University, Taiwan and the second has graduated from University of Brawijaya, Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
